  Today's activity is for our kiddos who are working on social skills.

  The video goes through how we would use these resources in class and explains how this may help you at home with all the changes. The first resource works on emotions and talking through these situations and how you feel afterward. The second resource is a way to ease you through trying new things, which can be tough during such and uncertain time. I know this is hard and new and everything is not going as planned.
