I am a product of the Armstrong School District graduating in 1982 from Kittanning High School.  I received my BA in Elementary Education from Anderson College, Anderson, IN in 1986.   I was employed at Ford City Catholic as a 5th grade teacher from 1987-1994.   During that time, I worked on my Reading Specialist certificate from Clarion University of Pennsylvania. I was hired as a Reading Specialist for ASD in 1994 and worked at East Franklin Elementary, North Buffalo, and West Hills schools.  In 1999, I began working as a kindergarten teacher.
