25 Jumping Jacks
Touch your toes for ten seconds
20 lunges alternating forward and back (Left foot forward 10 times, Right foot forward 10 times)
Arm Circles Forward for 10 seconds, Arm Circles Backwards for 10 seconds
10 hops on right foot, 10 hops on left foot
Side to side twist for 20 seconds
Feet together, jumping on both feet for 30 seconds.
