Kindergarten Registration & Screening 2026-2027

March 09, 2026 from 9:30am-2:00pm and 4:00pm-5:30pm

March 10, 2026 from 9:30am-2:00pm and 4:00pm-5:30pm

March 11, 2026 from 9:30am-2:00pm

Please contact the school office at 724-548-7651 to schedule a time for your student's registration and screening.

Along with your child, please bring the following items to registration:

Student Birth Certificate (original)

Student Immunization Records

Student Health History Form

Guardian Proof of Residency (ex: driver license, utility bill, your name and address)

Registration Forms:

1) Fill out our online registration form, CLICK HERE

- OR -

2) Pick up paper forms in the school office to fill out and bring to registration/screening

- OR -

3) Print the forms below to fill out and bring to registration/screening

- OR -

4) Fill out forms here at WHP when visiting during registration/screening
